Hello!
My Fico 8 score jumped 20 points but my fico mortgage score has not moved at all. My question is do i need to pull the full 3b account to get the mortgage score to update or can i just pull the one transunion report?

What you pull depends on what you want to know. If all you need is TU, pull that report. If you'd like to know all three scores, pull all three. But before pulling all three, do what you can to make sure that your scores will be up to date.

If the bureau data has been updated, the score generated using that new data will be up to date [based on that newer data].
That being said, if your TU FICO 8 score went up (due to new data) it means that TU has that new data in place, so if another scoring model is used and a score is generated off of that same bureau data, you'll get your most up to date score from that new model as well.

The answer for this is most likely pretty simple. In all likelihood you have the myFICO Ultimate 3B credit monitoring tool. That tool comes with frequent FICO 8 updates but the mortgage scores do not update until your MF Ultimate subscription gives you another credit report. That might be once every 30 days, or it may be once every 90 days. Depends on whether you purchased the $40/month Ultimate or the $30/month Ultimate.
All of that is guesswork on my part, since you don't say what where you are getting your scores from.
