Both myFICO and Equifax will sell you the same exact score (Beacon 5.0) but EQ also sells their own proprietary "Equifax Credit Score" which is NOT a FICO score. So you have to be very careful what you buy at the EQ website.
The EQ FICO score can be found here: www.equifax.com/web-myfico-products/

I have the equifax complete advantage plan not sure if that is their "proprietary" scoring system

Yep, I'm afraid that that's their FAKO version. (There are many FAKO score systems, and there seems to be a new one every couple of months. )
They are both (presumably) "accurate", in that they are created by scoring formulas. The problem with FAKO's is that they're not used by lenders, other than a few who use Vantage scores, which the EQ FAKO is not.
They're mainly really good at generating income for the companies that sell them.

Yes that's one of their products that has the "Equifax Credit Score". Here are a few things EQ has to say about their private score:
The Equifax Credit Score™ is a proprietary credit model developed by Equifax. It may be calculated using the information in your Equifax, Experian and TransUnion credit files. This score is intended for your own educational use.
The Equifax Credit Score uses a numerical range of 280 to 850, where higher scores indicate lower credit risk. The FICO Score uses a numerical range of 300 to 850, where higher scores also indicate lower credit risk.
