Hi, I have been watching this forum for a long time, a couple of years actually. I decided to bite the dust and do the myfico 3b credit monitoring. I signed in, like I always do, filled out the specific information required, entered the credit card information - for the $29.95 a month. Received confirmation and my email.
Then I go to my subscriptions, nothing there. zip, nada. Go to my dashboard and it has up the 59.95 for three credit scores and monitoring to order the reports. I have a receipt in my email. So what am I doing wrong? Anyone? It is like getting a puppy and then being told, nope cannot have it now. huh?
I had been using my credit cards and their scoring along with CK, CS and credit.com to just watch. However the transmission is slipping on a 10 year old mini van and I am sure I will be needing a new/newly used vehicle soon enough and wanted to see what my actual scores are.
Any help I would be grateful. You all are so packed with wisdom that I thought I would just read along as almost every question has been answered many times.
Thank you, ~Regina
Hrm, if I had to guess I've seen a delay sometimes in ordering a report / getting billed vs. when the data shows up.
Is it still happening? Should contact FICO customer support as sounds like something went awkwardly wrong.
yep it still is not correct. I have tried from the email the link. I have sent them a support issue. Not sure how that will work. Gave them the order number, hopefully they will correct it soon.
How long has your credit been reporting? If you are new to credit (6 months or less) you may not be generating a FICO score yet. This same thing happened to me until I hit about 6-7 months of my oldest card reporting.
I have years of credit card reporting. Sent a support request two days ago and still have not heard from them. It is very frustrating.
Interesting thought, I never received any email response to my support request. I still will have to contact them though, I received the scores and no *credit reports. Wish it work like they say it would.
