I lost 7 points for a single maxxed tradeline as a dirty file, so I'm going to put my bet on 12 for you at least assuming that maxxed out tradeline doesn't increase your aggregate utilization past ~9%.
If it does, going to go with 18 points.
I'm betting closer to a 20 point loss because your score is relatively high to start with and my guess is that a negatively impacting item will hurt a high score more than a lower one - no proof of that, just my guess.

Predict the negative score impact, take your guess, in a few weeks I will update with the result.
I'm going to run up my goto card to over 90% utilization. Currently it's at 40%. I have a planned expense that will just barely fit in the remaining balance and I'm going to let it report, then pay in full.
How many points will my score drop?
It's a curiosity. I'm not applying for anything and so I don't care about a one month score impact. I'll pay n full and my score should return to normal next month.
So make your bets, how many points will I lose?
Profile: My overall utilization is around 5%. Recently my CITI DC, my go to card, for is running it at around 30 to 40% utilization. I pay in full every month and never run interest on any card. I have 4 other cards that report a small balance, and the rest reporting zero. No derogatories. Oldest account 22 months. Average age 14 months.
With one inquiry in the past year my EX is currently at 749.
Score impact, as Revelate points out, will be influenced by how high aggregate utilization goes. Will your AG UT% be maintained under 9%? Assuming you stay under 9% AG UT, my guess is a 15 point drop; 20 points if .AG UT crosses above the 9% mark.
P.S. I will be letting my AMEX report 100% B/HB on my 7/15 statement and I'll report back on results using your thread if that's ok.
