QUESTION : FICO SCORE WATCH -v- SCORE POWER REPORT

This is the second time I am posting this question, I don't know why my original question was deleted from the site.    Q.  I recentley received a score watch notification that my score had been raised by 19 points. I then ordered a new SCORE POWER REPORT within minutes and the score power report indicated thatI had dropped near 130 points.  Can anyone explain to me how this could be?  Thank you
