Reason for increase?

Hello all,

Today, my EXP FICO 8 went up by 6 points.  It appears that it's due to the ageing of my accounts, but is it because of my AAoA (9 mos.) or AoYA (2 mos.)?

Also, I plan to be gardening for awhile.  When should I expect to see my next increases (aside from my inquiries dropping off)?

Thanks!

Your signature says that Wells Fargo Propel is 1yr 6mos old as of this month, dating from March 2019.

Is that your oldest revolving account on file? Age of Oldest Revolving Account is a factor. See this post.

I didn't see anything on EX 8 at AAoA 9mo or AoYA 2mo, but that doesn't necessarily mean it will be the same for you.

Yes, the Propel is my oldest account on file, @Anonymous 6 mos.  The Primer mentions a possible scoring threshold of 1.5 years for AoORA, so that may be the case here.

Thanks for the clarification!

Oh wow, 1yr 6mos is the oldest...you're going to see a bunch of treats soon!

AoYA 3,6,9,12mos will be good, especially next month at 3.

AAoA 1yr 0mo - watch EX 9's, probably around +10 on all 3 of those.

Great, that's exactly what I was hoping.  As mentioned earlier, I'll be gardening for the forseeable future, so I'm definitely looking forward to the increases you mentioned.

Thanks again for the help (and quick response)!
