I am hopefully expecting some increases in my FICO score as I have made some significant changes in my credit profile this month. What I am wonder is if there is a specific day/date that the 3 bureaus post new scores?
Thank you.

Scores are a snapshot based on the data received from your creditors. You could pull your scores at anytime after your statements have closed/reported. I would suggest waiting a week after your statements closed.

Thanks. As I am new here I was wondering what is the cheapest way to pull all 3 scores? How often should I pull them?

I would pull scores when I'm considering apping. Other than then, there really isn't a reason to pull scores. There are plenty of websites that you can use to monitor your credit reports, Credit Sesame, Credit Karma, Credit.com, Quizzle for instance.
