SO..........I RAN THE FICO SIMULATOR

AND if I pay off all my debt :     

 I can get up to 20 pt. increase with EQ    but I can get up to 40 pts. with TU.

Also I can get the same thing by paying on time for 3 months.

I wonder why my EQ has not gone up in a year.  According to the simulator it could have gone up 20 pts. every 3 months.

WTH??????

I feel the same way. I have run countless scenerios into the simulator and I get some great looking scores for even short term changes but as I've reached those changes my scores have not come close to what the simulator predicts. It is fun to dream though

I know that eventually healthy fico behavior will result in scores that keep going up, just not quite the way the simulator predicts.
