Score Simulator vs. Age

If I choose to pay on time for 3 months, my score range for EQ is 725-745 while my current score is 725. However, during that time I will go back over 5 years AAoA. Does the simulator take Age into account? My score dropped 47 points when I lost the old closed account that dropped my age from 5-2 to 4-11.

Re: Score Simulator vs. Age

Yes, the scoring simulator takes age into account, so you don't have to stretch payments out to gain the maximum effect. If your last slot pull was three 7s and you can afford to pay those balances down immediately, by all means do so!

Re: Score Simulator vs. Age

I already went back to 739 without making it back to 5 years. I'm crossing my fingers that I'll get back over 750 when I pop back over.

Nope, with the new month comes a recalculation of age, so I hit 5 years today. Pulled EQ and I'm only at 743.

Well, close enough for the Good Things in your credit life to happen.  So congratulations anyway.
