Okay, then it's not the AU all zero penalty.

Re: Score is dropping with AZEO

Did the card that still have a balance also have a very high limit? That bit me. I can't remember what the ceiling is, $20k, $30k, something in that range, but a card with a limit higher than that should not be your EO card, becuase it might not be counted, and so then you get hit with the AZ penalty.

Re: Score is dropping with AZEO

OP was speaking of multiple cards with balances still reported, so it would mean multiple would have to have very high limits to have multiple excluded from being counted.  While not impossible, I don't think that's what's going on.

Re: Score is dropping with AZEO

@NoHardLimits What is the AU all zero penalty?  For me, I have 5 total revolvers reporting. 3 are mine, and I'm an AU on 2 of my wife's cards. We have both of her cards reporting zero, and out of my 3 main, I have a small balance reporting on one (merrick bank) of 2% utilization. Today, my exp fico 8 dropped 11 points. Is that because both of the AU cards are reporting zero?

Yes, the 11 point drop is probably due to all authorized user cards reporting zero balances.  Let one of your AU cards report a small balance and see if the points come back.

Same issue I had that I reported in a separate thread here.

Yes this was a reported issue before it was understood. Below is a link @Anonymous created that catalogs many reports:
