Why my Experian is still sitting the same in for the last three months and haven't moved like all my credit scores

It hasn't moved at all ?  Can you share your scores, and what's been changing on your reports ?

My Experian is 605 transunion is 750 my equifax is 749

What are the derogatory items on your reports, specifically on EX ?

I have one that reported as a negative for 5 lates that's was in 2023 and one for 2024 it's been over 5 months now and no change but it gets paid automatically

To make comparisons it would help if you give specific scores, such as experian fico8, fico9, vs3, etc. Also might include source, such as experian app, creditkarma app, etc.

I have all of those some scores are different than other score apps
