Are your student loans still open? What do your credit reports show as the open date of your Capital One account? Is your ssn correct on your credit reports? Is all of your personal information correct on your credit reports?

September of last year for the cap 1 card. Yes the loans are still open, yes my ssn and info are all correct. i have checked all of them and i dont know whats going wrong.
