the codes that each CRA uses and what they mean.

I've read this before and it has some good information but I'm not sure how old it is.It must be at least several years old because of one glaring mistake I see on page 7 when talking about how FICO08 will score things differently than older models. It says: Authorized user accounts will no longer be considered in the scoring model.

 

There was talk of implementing this feature when FICO08 was first discussed but it was later decided to still include AU's.

 

If this is in error I wonder what else in this report is no longer valid and/or incorrect.

Hauling put up a sticky on FICO Risk Score Reason Codes that's a great reference.

 

It's always great to get the real skinny on things!
