TransUnion score discrepancy

i notice that my TransUnion score as seen here is 15 points lower than the TransUnion score that shows up on my Capital One app on my phone. Capital One provides you a free credit score tracker that is done by TransUnion and is updated once a month. Anybody else use the Capital One app and notice this difference? I don't get it

The score I get on my Capital One Credit Tracker is equal to the bankcard 8 score I get on myFico.  It is usually higher than the 08 score.  Right now my TU 08 is 678, but my bankcard 8 / Capital One is 694.  But, the bankcard scores here on myFico only update when you get the new report done.

The Cap One score is a fako; pretty much the lamest of all the fakos.
