What happened to my TransUnion Score

I logged into myfico and the TU score is all ???.  I haven't read anything about them stopping offering scores, can anyone tell me what may have happened?

Has it been 30 days since you last bought your score?

I believe TU scores are only available for a month. Maybe a few more days and EQ scores are available for an year.
