@Anonymous hi and welcome
Posing a question in the title without any additional information isn't enough for anyone to answer your question.
Scores don't drop because you get increase, so more is needed from you
Hey Remedios
Thanks for the reply, Ok I used one of my CC for a purchase and the balance increased of course, and according to one of the credit monitoring companies that was the only change that was shown, just wondering why the difference in point drops between the two reporting agencies ?
Are you looking at credit karma?
Hey Dragon,
Credit Karma / Credit Sesame
Thnx
@Anonymous vantage scores are "different" and quite neurotic.
Smallest balance changes can cause them to go up/down.
Good news is, they aren't really used in lending, but CK, Credit Sesame, Wallet Hub are good for monitoring your report as long as you ignore their scores.
If your cards provide you with Fico score, that's what you should be looking at.
If not, I believe EX still offers a free trial, and you can also use (almost free) trial here https://www.creditchecktotal.com/ to check all three CRAs
Besides the whole VantageScore vs fico thing, the bureaus all calculate scoring differently, so you will almost never get the same score increases or decreases across the 3.
Remedios,
Thnx for the insight
BES,
Thnx for the info
