fico score

how long until i get a fico score, i have had my credit card for 6 months, this is my first credit card

FICO says you need 6 months of history on a CC or installment loan in order to generate a score.  Since you're right at 6 months and it sometimes takes a while for CRAs to update, I'd say wait for another couple of months just to make sure all of your CRs are reflecting 6 months of history, then pull your reports.

Sometimes, but that depends on the landlord / rental agency.

Ask them.
