Re: getting the best scoring

Do you have any open loans?

Are you asking about long term benefit to your score (over time) or a short term boost (to help with a loan you are applying for soon)?

You have plenty of credit cards -- you don't need any more.  How much do you owe on them and what is your combined credit limit?

Re: getting the best scoring

If you've got a BK present, a baddie that you cannot get rid of, there's not much you can do to fix that major sector of FICO scoring other than give it time to age and go away.

With utilization, just make sure that all of your credit cards are reporting a $0 balance every month and that just 1 of them reports a small balance.  This could be $5 for example.  All zero except one is known as "AZEO"

You already have an open installment loan, so you have that going for you in terms of helping your credit mix.

Just continue to pay everything on time, implement AZEO described above, don't apply for any additional credit and simply let time do it's thing and you'll be in a good place before you know it.
