help maximize fico scoring

can someone tell me how to best use four credit cards with 4.5k cl total so as to maximize my fico scoring. 10

my car loan and frdloan auto pay each month.

Let 3 of the cards report $0 balances and have one report a small balance.

From the recent threads I'm seeing on this Forum I'm not sure this is always the case with everybody.

i guess thats my question. i have followed that guideline and the reward has been minimal i read on another forum that balance management and payment is now whats looked at by the new scoring algo. it seems when i carry or increase my balances i improve when i pay down i get penalized as this month losing six points and payong down total util below 15%
