why would my Experian score go up with new inquiries?

I have the credit monitoring here on myfico.  I've noticed the past 3 times I have had a hard pull on experian, my score has gone up between 4-9 points. Why is that? Or is myfico just updating other items in background at same time that is affecting score?  I thought any update would make myfico pull a new score...

Same story here. I had an inquiry this week and a 6 point increase. I did have a negative account fall off in the background so I am thinking that might have something to do with it.

but I would think that negative account falling off would have triggered something on it's own, at least that is my understanding of how the updated scoring works with myfico.

I did have 5 negative accounts fall off TU and my 94 point increase triggered the alert. Nothing about any accounts leaving did anything.
