I upgraded my account to 3-bureau monitoring, and received this message:
"While processing your FICO® 3-Bureau Credit Monitoring order, we encountered a technical issue while trying to pull your data from TransUnion. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide this data, and this may affect our ability to monitor TransUnion credit data in a 3-bureau daily monitoring service. Because of this, we cannot upgrade you to FICO® 3-Bureau Credit Monitoring at this time. You will remain actively enrolled in Score Watch®."
However, MyFICO has charged me for the upgrade!
