Cant log on to myfico.com from home but from work it works flawlessly..
Started yesterday afternoon and I enve tried this morning. When i click on the 'sign in', it times out, same thing when I click on 'My Account'
But at work I can log on without any problems.
Noticed the same thing with American Express site.
I use the latest IE browser. But wanted to know what should I do ti fix that? I've emptied temp files, cookies etc.

Hi CS800,
I did some asking around to guys who have technical experience and this is what I got:
1. Advise to clear cookies cache and history (which you have done)
2. Try a different browser (as a test)
3. If above doesn't work contact your ISP and check for ISP Caching.
4. Finally, it might be worth running a TraceRoute and Ping to the MyFico site http://support.microsoft.com/kb/162326. So you would go into dos or command prompt and tracert myfico.com and send me the results. ( I have someone who will know what it means)
The site works normally with firefox.
Today using IE, I was able to sign in but it brings me to a weird window where all the forums are like links only no frame or anything

Hi CS800,
Can you please let me know which version of IE you are using so I can report it.
Thanks,

I'll pass this on and let you know what I hear back.
Thanks.
To note, I'm using Firefox and everything is working fine with it.
Thank you. I'll mention that too. Sorry you have to use a different browser for now.

Hi CS800,
Reading the error you got my guy said to try a forced refresh by hitting CTRL + F5 and you should be fine. Let me know if that works.
