M.V. I've read this post at least half of dozen time wanting to comment on it...

and it struck me. Have you noticed the national adds for TU and EXP on tv about finding out what your credit scores and what's in their credit files? I see at least one, daily.
And some of the commercials are so clever, they are Super Bowl game quality ads.

Since the consumer division is becoming a major profit center for F.I. , wouldn't it be cool to see on a national network a myFiCO.com ad? Like a 15 second commercial advertising what all is offered here. Smiley Happy Not only generate a ton of revenue, but would overload us here at the forum.

Just a thought. (I think it'd be cool though)

Oh, I'll bet all the Admin's read these postings.

And IF one of them takes it to a "what can we do to generate more revenue" meeting, I think I've done my job. Smiley Happy I think I'm good at spending other people's money. lol

Good idea, although that bit about the sky-rocketing traffic on the site is a bit terrifying. Smiley Surprised

My absolutely favorite commercial these days is the one from so-called freecreditreport -you -know -what, with the young husband and his band singing about his wife's crappy credit in his in-laws' basement, while his wife stomps back and forth with the laundry. The drummer sitting on the toilet, getting the bathroom door slammed in his face twice --hysterical!
* Credit is a wonderful servant, but a terrible master. * Who's the boss --you or your credit?
FICO's: EQ 781 - TU 793 - EX 779 (from PSECU) - Done credit hunting; having fun with credit gardening. - EQ 590 on 5/14/2007

Sorry, Midnight!  While I appreciate you sharing these bits of news it's also kind of scary, if you know what I mean.  In fact, as I read it I spilled my coffee and the next thing I knew I was reading something about Scorewatch, and then well....

But seriously, this is all great news, thanks of course to all of you wonderful Forums folks!!!

As for the ads, stay tuned as that could happen (although hopefully we can do better than the band in the basement.) Smiley Very Happy
