Why aren't All of My Online Minutes Being Counted!

I've been on over an hour, signed out, waited a couple of hours signed back on, and no change to my minute count. This happened a couple of times yesterday. Yes, I'm aware the minutes are not designed to show any increase when I am signed in. Sometimes, after I sign in the minutes do increase in a short period of time, sometimes twice. What is the criteria to have all of my minutes count?

What is, "Length of time account have been established"? My prior sign on didn't tabulate any additional minutes!

@CorpCrMgr1  I noticed my minutes didn't seem to be adding up, so I did a search of the boards (that's how I found your post) and it seems @UncleB has some useful insight. Not sure if your problem has been resolved or not.
