I had purchased FICO 3-Bureau Credit Monitoring as of yesterday. Now "3-Report View 3B" is not functional. Meaning I can not get those reports. I had tried different computers and even iPad. No results. When you click, it simply don't do anything! I had called support number. But not a friendly response. We will look into this. But no one will call you. Very unprofessional response to say the least.
Not sure if any admin/moderator will take this issue further to resolve it.
There is quite a feweof us that are having problems with this service. I have called, emailed and called again to no avail. If you search this product in the forum search engine you will see many posts re: this product.

I have gone through this forum and checked many issues users have had. However the issue of report being not functional is new in my opinion.....
Does anyone is having issue with viewing report?
You are the 1st thread I have read with this problem. Majority of us are having problems with alerts. And aslo not being able to get tech help or them to admit their is something wrong.

If I am the only one then hopefully they can fix this quick. But if it to all, then it is worrisome. Alerts? I have yet to see...But I am less than 24 hours...So time will tell...Scores are appearing OK....
Can anyone try to run 3B Reports and let all of us know here as to whether reports do run or not? Thanks in advance.

We were experiencing a development issue with this feature this morning, but it since has been patched. it should be working now. Are you still experiencing this issue?

No. It is resolved and I had already reported back to group that reports are now functional.....Thanks a lot.
My reports are NOT working. I have cancelled and re-signed up twice to try to fix the issue at MyFico rep suggestion. Still no reports. I get an error message when clicking on 3B. I dont understand wht this cannot be fixed!
