I believe the answer to this question is no but...
Somehow I lost over 15 years worth of credit history and reports. I blame my ex.
The oldest 3B report I have is from Feb 2022.
So, can FICO (fair issac) provide copies of previously bought 3B reports?

Not to my knowledge - if you purchase a report and don't save it offline / download then it will eventually disappear.
