Can finding Lenders through MyFico affect my score?

Hi,

I was recently looking at one of the service you provided, which is finding potential 3rd party mortgage lenders using your site.  I notice after filling out the required fields, it states at the bottom in small print the following:

*By submitting your request, you are granting permission for up to 4 of our Premier Lending Partners to contact you either by phone or E-mail, even if you are on the Do Not Call Registry.

I'm wondering if the aboves means that these lenders have the right to make inquiries into my the various agency to check on my score?  If they do can that affect my score?  I have worked hard to get my score to where it is at (~750) and do not wish to do anything to jeopardize that.

Do you know which product this is from? I've never seen that before, and I confess I haven't looked either. I've used most of myFICO's products over the past 2-3 yrs, but haven't been contacted by anyone. And I'm opted out now, but before opting out, there have never been any hard or soft inquiries from any mortgage lenders. No, the above doesn't grant an inquiry.

No.  Only if you apply for a loan with one of these lenders will they pull your score.  Good thing to be concerned about, tho!
