I have the 3 scores many changes, neg paid and removed, utl way down, new accounts ( AU) (SL) ,,, most of the changes are slowly showing up but score has sat at 452 from day 1 there is nothing else neg on the EQ yet no score change. I have it set to alert at 453. other TU and EX are right on target for updates and score changes. Im looking to purchase a vech but not until I am at 600 at least but if EQ never updates the score.. what the heck do I do. I have wrote support .. standard reply , takes time a week or 2 delay etc.. its going on 3 mo.
Any ideas?

I've been experiencing the same.
EQ FICO 8 is not properly updating along with alerts to report changes that should affect scoring (like utilization). The other two bureaus update as expected.
The EQ score only updates when a new report is pulled based on my myFICO subscription.
It's been this way for at least 4 months. I have another monitoring service that updates my EQ FICO 8 at a different time during the month, so I know score changes have occurred and are just not reflected on myFICO until a new report is generated.
myFICO is too costly for the service not to work as advertised.
Wait...you mean when an alert pops up and it shows the score, now in addition to having to explain that the alert reason might not be the cause of the score change, now we need to tell them the reported score may not even be current. What a disaster.

Yep... pretty much. SMH.

Well that is interesting...so if they ask me "if the alert does not cause the change to the score that may not be current, whats the point?" I have no good reply for that.

You're right, there is no good reply. The only thing you can say is that the issue seems to only affect the EQ score -- but folks are paying for updates to all three - so... it's just a bad look regardless.
Did credit karma buy equifax?

LoLz...
Our support team should have reached out to you about this issue.
I am having a similar issue, no updates, but if I go on the individual bureau website it shows it updated.
