No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
I just reread what you wrote earlier...
The other credit service that I use is not FICO; it happens to be usaa. The day I got the 3 bureau report from here, on the first day I signed up for the 3B service, my newest credit card was showing on EX and EQ on both here and on usaa. Since then the card HAS shown up on usaa TU, but I have gotten No alerts from the FICO 3B indicating that a new account has shown up on TU.
If it is showing up on the USAA monitoring, then it is active on the credit report. For some reason the 3B monitoring is malfunctioning enough to miss a major change like this.
I made sure that I was clearer when I sent the message to customer service, and I sent a copy of that note to you in PM.
I hope that this is fixed soon.
Would you be willing to share the date of the alert you received from USAA and also the "last reported date" for that specific account (assuming there aren't any others)? I also understand that you enrolled on 8/28, correct?
Thanks!
K
Actually, that is NOT QUITE ACCURATE. I have been following this product launch closely. On disability, must be careful what I spend money onl. I have the reqular SW still. I receive the alerts from credit karma for transunion. I get their version of score changes and balance changes for accounts.
You must be having problems with the competition from TU (I'm only guessing here), but on ck, balance changes cause score changes. The folks here are stating that new account opens are not even producing score changes. Why can free services (I will get monitoring shortly via capital one), provide results, and the consumer end of fair isaacs not so much?

3-Bureau monitoring product monitors for changes to your credit file. Scores on the dashboard do not update unless you either have a credit alert resulting from the monitoring feature that also contains an update to your score (not all credit alerts will create a change in score - the score may in fact, stay the same) or a new credit report is purchased/pulled. The score associated with the "based on data from" reflects either the latest credit alert which also contained an updated FICO score, an Equifax score alert (only Equifax allows for some additional settings) or a new report pull.
Whatever. That's what you at MyFico claim, but so far it's not true for my account. EX and TU have updated new tradelines that for some odd reason are not showing up in the 3 B score monitoring service. Again, I'm going to do a chargeback on my card on Friday if things aren't fixed by then.
I'd feel much better if, for once, they admit that the product is not working as it should. stop giving generic answers to the easy questions and stop dodging the real questions. I emailed them yesterday about a refund because of the product not working and the response I got was " the iOS app will update by the end of September". I never mentioned the app! I am giving them until the 21st before calling the credit card company and demand they not authorize the charges for a second and third month. I'll start paying when it's worth paying for. as of right now the free programs are better than this.

Yeah, their customer service stinks on this product rollout. They should have done their testing before seeking customers.

The last one was Monday. Let's see if it shows up soon. :/
NASA FCU
got an alert from myfico today about a score change. logged on and there was an alert for an account decrease (made a big payment) and an experian score change. nothing on the other 2 but i'm betting they are just lagging. i was just glad to have gotten something.
Sorry you guys are having such trouble, I cant figure out why. I got the $19.99 product, and its worked from the jump. I wonder what the difference is between the accounts?I never contact customer service to get it started, it just worked.
I upgraded from the original score watch product on the first day. The score watch product worked on both desktop and mobile so far, so good. :-/
I posted on the other message earlier - this is what mine looks like today.
Its good to see some of them updating. Maybe they're fixing all of the problems as they move forward with the product.
I'm waiting for updates for all 3 CRAs through myFICO, I doubt TU will update but all three had some significant changes that I have seen on USAA, Credit Sesame and Credit Karma.
I have no idea how its even possible but my PLUS score has increased by 67 points. I thought it was a glitch at first but then it went across all 3 of my reports on USAA. For some reason they've all been updating at the same time so I have no idea which one really caused the increase.
The updates I'm waiting for are an inactive credit card going active after 4 years with in increase in available credit of $500. They reported four years of 'ok' payment history so that helped.
My two "real" credit cards were paid down from 95% to 2% UTIL and 60% to 0% UTIL. Plus a CLI increase of $250 on one of them.
My total UTIL dropped below 30% for the first time ever since I've been watching my scores.
My final collection reported as paid in full and closed with a final 'ok' in payment history.
No reflection on EQ, EX or TU on the 3 Bureau Monitoring. EQ and EX should at least be updating with these changes. TU is just useless as of right now since I'm not opening any new accounts or apping.
Tech Support is supposed to be calling me back any day now so hopefully they can help out. I do know if I pull all three reports there will be a score change. It will not be as much as the PLUS scores but it will still be an improvement.
So today is 48 hours for me since I sent in a ticket only. I have not received any response from customer support. They say they will get back to you between 24-48 hours. I am really disapointed.
