they tweeted about the product today encouraging people to sign up lol

Both my Citi and Amex reported earlier in the week and show up on another service in all three CRAs
Only EQ has issued an alert for an Amex balnce change from 6k to 2k. FICO is up 5 points. Nothing on EX. Being buggy, the Amex alert noted a balance change of exactly $0 under the alert reason while in the details section it states, the balance changed from 6k to 2k.
This also makes the 4th month that a change in my Amex charge card balance has altered my FICO score, contrary to widespread beliefs that charge card balances don't affect modern FICO scores.
I imagine the programmers are burning the midnight oil.
What do you know. The Amex EQ alert now correctly shows the balance decrease.
I've gotten 3 alerts in the past two days, all on EQ, none on EX. All were more than 5%. Hopefully EX will eventually report the changes.
UPDATE: I called them out on twitter about how it doesn't work properly and my response was deleted from their timeline! rather than address it they silenced me. I've got four fingers folded down except for one, MyFICO. c'mon, guess which one.

Is it the thumb?
That is completely unacceptable from them. I am really shocked that such a large company has such flawed business practices. All we are asking for is for honesty, true information, and a get well plan for getting the App working.
How can I cancel this service or downgrade to the SW (which worked fine prior to my upgrading).
A few of us have tried to no avail to get Fico to see that this product is not working for a large majority of us...
I was looking into this, but count me out. I get easily frustrated. Looks like there are way too many bugs in the monitoring of Tu and Ex, and from what I have read, it doesn't work at all for some people. Waste of $.
OneDay, they are allowing previous SW customers cancel and go back to SW even if they've had the discounted $9.95 rate. you can even get refunded the remaining portion of this month. I'm assuming as more people do this they will stop because of the loss of money. if your serious about canceling, do it now.
I will call to cancel first thing this morning. Will update with results!
UPDATE: Just spent 10 minutes on the phone speaking to a CSR and a manager about downgrading back to my SW until they can fix the 3-credit bureau monitoring debacle. I explained my frustration with the service and they told me the same BS that's been reported by others on here. In the end, and despite threats of a BBB complain, they refused to cancel my service or downgrade me. They're obviously more concerned about their bottomline than about their customers. On my request, they did earmarked my account for canx in November. I am strongly considering not doing business with myFICO after November. This company's misleading practices and their refusal to admit that they are wrong are infuriating.
