So, if you pay $19.95 per month, that's $239.40 per year, and you'd stll need to buy the other two scores individually (if you paid for that every month, that's another $478.80 per year for the additional credit scores) since the monitoring service only monitors the 3 CRB and doesn't update the actual scores. Mine says that my 3 CRB update will be next year.
It's a heck of a lot cheaper to just buy all three scores twice a year. My biggest issue is that all the alerts and whatnot that the service is showing is from 2 years ago and nothing recent at all.
Hmmm, here is the message I saw. Maybe that is in reference to you can only get customized alert changes for EQ?
We’ll track three FICO® Scores, one for each credit report, so you’ll always know when it changes. Plus, get a personalized summary of the factors affecting your scores.
When we detect a change to any of your three credit reports or FICO Scores, we’ll alert you within 24 hours via email, text or IOS app. Plus, you can customize your score alerts for Equifax credit data.
We’ll alert you when we detect:
- FICO Score changes
- New accounts
- Account changes
- Inquiries, collections and public records
- Name, address and phone changes
That is what I saw as well, and the rep confirmed it for me.
This is what I got in my emails yesterday.

This is a screenshot of what my dashboard is telling me it monitors when I login to the site.
I am so confused by this, mine say the same... So basically it will monitor stuff that creditkarma and sesame do for free and not give me the other two fico's.
I would guess that its probably wrong in the *one* location that is says just EQ, instead of the myriad other places it says all three.
Hopefully a mod will weigh in shortly.

So, really, if you look at the cost of the service itself plus the cost of the other two scores, you'd still come out better to just pay for all three scores on a quarterly basis than paying for this service PLUS the other two scores.
Lexie09 posted elsewhere that its monitoring on all 3 scores, and custom monitoring on EQ only. Meaning EQ is the only one you can go in and request specific monitoring for. The other will simply update and notify when the score changes at all.
So no, its well worth the $20.
I suspect we will see the "FICO Score Monitoring" box update very soon, to reflect all three CRA's.
I also hope that they update the app....because it is not allowing you to look at anything.... Its like when I purchased the 3 score side by side once. The app just redirects you to the website. I am hoping this is fixed soooon.

I think myFico has it all screwed up,because I've also seen the price listed as $19.95 per month (when I signed up) and as $29.95 per month when I went back to the site to login from my desktop. It's not that it's "one location", because that "one place" is literally telling you what you get. I don't necessarily trust a CSR that's trying to upsell something. I don't know what's going on, but I know what the site itself is telling me now that I've bougt the service (which is not what I was promised to receive for $19.95 per month).
I don't know if the programers are high or what.
