Re: FICO® Quarterly Monitoring

This is the response I received from an Admin regarding the same question, "The reports are typically not delivered to the exact hour of your original order time, but they are within a few hours of it.  Sorry for the confusion."

Just to clarify, the report is delivered within a few hours of the time you purchased the product. Hope this helps.

Re: FICO® Quarterly Monitoring

Typically no later than the next day though? I know for a fact I purchased mine early in the morning. It is after 5 PM now. Not a big deal but... get it together FICO. Smiley Happy

Re: FICO® Quarterly Monitoring

I got an email a little after midnight telling me I could view my report. When I signed on this morning it was there. A day late and not a big deal really but rather than lock myself into the quarterly pull with the fixed date that keeps getting closer to the beginning of each month I decided to cancel the service. My tradelines cut between the 2nd-4th and don't always post to TU on a timely basis. I can get my TU when I want for basically the same price as this service when I want the report. I guess I'll just have to live w/o the fancy graphs.
However I see no reason they cannot deliver the report on a timely basis. I need to stop spending my money on this sort of stuff anyway since I am seeing absolutely no changes in my scores whatsoever. Tempted to even drop my trimerge service too but the threat of Identity Theft keeps me from doing that.

Re: FICO® Quarterly Monitoring

I am starting to think it's a big waste of money too.  I would like to keep one service that allows me to monitor for id theft and shady collection practices. I've had 2 ca put items on my report from 10 years ago and they were already PAID to boot!

Re: FICO® Quarterly Monitoring

I always save all the reports to the computer immediately. Do ya think FICO could have left the TU pull from 7/10 up for a few days? I mean jeez as soon as I canceled the service all record was gone. I already paid for the report. You could leave the pull up for a month. Retail genius.

Re: FICO® Quarterly Monitoring

Wow, that stinks. I'll be sure to save all my reports before canceling. My two new credit cards posted to my TU reports in the last few days and I haven't had any alerts from the Quarterly monitoring either.
Arggh. This is really seeming to be useless. It's supposed to alert me weekly if I have any changes or not, and my only alert was on July 4th. Since today is the 13th, I would have expected something by now.
