I logged in and tried to order a standard report (TU) and I go through all the steps and I get to the verify identity part and then it tells me this: The Social Security number you have entered is already in our database. Please double check that your SSN was entered correctly. If it was, please click Contact Us, describe the situation, and we will get back to you. Well, of COURSE the social is in the database, I signed up for an account awhile back, but didn't order anything till today. I just wanted to get my standard report!! What is going on!!!???
