I can't order anything!!

I logged in and tried to order a standard report (TU) and I go through all the steps and I get to the verify identity part and then it tells me this: The Social Security number you have entered is already in our database. Please double check that your SSN was entered correctly. If it was, please click Contact Us, describe the situation, and we will get back to you. Well, of COURSE the social is in the database, I signed up for an account awhile back, but didn't order anything till today. I just wanted to get my standard report!! What is going on!!!???

You need to use your old user name-
or call myFICO cs.

I don't have an older name, I only have ONE log in name.

It sounds from your description that you are going through the process to create a new account, but since you already have an account with us, you need to first login and then place an order.  If you don't remember your login information, then give Customer Care a call or email and someone will be able to help you.
