No Call back from CS re: SW

Hi,

I called CS as I had been previously adivised by the moderator of this list to cancel and renew my subscription.  I was told by a VERY friendly rep that he needed to bump this up to "Barry" because it was complicated (my sw updates have not been coming even though there has been change and additionally I used my last power report to find that there HAD been changes).  He said he was going to credit me another power report and have someone get back to me in 2-3 days.  It's been a week and I've heard from no one!  What am I paying for?

There are quite a few of us in the same exact boat as you. I have rec'd a free report as well, but wasted that one also since I used it to find out there was a change in my reports too.  I don't know what is going on.  The last call i made, they told me to turn off the alert setting where you say... "alert me if my score changes from my target of 123" and to only leave on the one that says to alert you if there is ANY change to my score. I haven't rec'd any alerts yet, but it's only been a day or two.

Well, that's ironic. I just got my first scorewatch alert.  Maybe that really was the problem. Try adjusting your settings the way I mentioned above.

When I saw your post I checked into your situation with the call center and was under the impression that someone would get back to you -- but apparently not.  You can expect to hear from someone very shortly.  Let me know if you don't.   My apologies for the poor response. Smiley Sad
