Apparently when I cancelled my ScoreWatch subscription my birth year somehow was changed in my profile. I was billed for a TU fico score/report but am unable to view it. How can I get it fixed?

Customer service said: "You failed your verification. This needs to be fixed before you can view your report. There is nothing else I can do for you today."

Wow, that's strange. They're usually very helpful. So she couldn't set up a refund?
