When did you get this alert? I just tested the link to get today's EQ report (Score Power), and I got through to the User Agreement screen. However, I still have a free report, so it doesn't ask for any financial information. I didn't go through with the order, though, because I just got report a week ago.
I have checked yesterday and today - I have subscribed to SW for 3 years - I have 5 power reports available to me, and the only times I have used it Sunday and today it is telling me what I posted earlier today - I just checked it again, still the same message - I emailed customer service and got some generic bs message:
Thank you for contacting us. There's a few things I'd try. One is to clear out the cache on the computer. In the past, and not on myFICO, I've visited websites where the same page displays over and over. In other words, the same page is loading again and again without refreshing. Next, I'd go to the "My Purchases" page and look to see if the status in the SW block says "ON". Silly I know, but early on w/ myFICO, my SW service tried to bill a CC and didn't go through. My service then got cancelled and nobody let me know about that. Took me a while to figure out why I wasn't getting any alerts.
Finally, if all else fails, I'd call CS. Their e-mail setup isn't the best, IMO, and calling typically gets everything resolved:
