Re: Score Watch..updates anyone?

I have yet to receive anything. I have had balance increases, new accounts, set my alerts at the BARE minimum. And still nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous. The only way I have got my new scores is by pulling my credit reports. This is pathetic.

Re: Score Watch..updates anyone?

No updates since 3/26. Since then I've brought one balance (from 300+) to zero, and dropped another balance considerably as well. Not to mention, there should be a collection removed from EQ by now.

Re: Score Watch..updates anyone?

Lets talk loads of cr*p..I am at my end of a bunch of trials... Ok truecredit, TU score went form a 650 to a 587 ... for 2 pulls ... one from lowes and one for insurance on my new (used) mobile home...  No fico updates at all in like 25 days... also my faco from freecredit report on TU is 721 ( Plus Score) others are 650..

I have 2 inquires  this 2 weeks  No report from my fico
I have paid a cc down 500cl ( balance was 282.00) paid it down to 80.00 No report from any
I have disputed 2 collections .. One came off on , true credit , and freecredit.com  but not on any off my fico reports ...

Am I being scammed here ..

I just want one alert.. and do I have to keep paying 15.95 everytime I want to update a score... I have score watch isnt this included.. Maybe I should go back and read the small print..

Re: Score Watch..updates anyone?

I've had scorewatch for 60 days (30 free plus paying for 30) I have received one update and that was 45 days ago.

I don't understand when they update or IF they ever update.  What I've read in their info is it updates every 7-10 daays.  I've yet to see that.

Re: Score Watch..updates anyone?

first i want to say thanks to jen for the help !

As far as scorewatch goes, yep still broken for sure. I have had only 1 alert in the last 30 days. Last was March 17th I believe. The one alert was for a balance increase on a card with no score change.

I pulled another score report on april 1st and my score jumped 20 points from 635 to 655. Yesterday I pulled another report and it jumped from 655 to 665. Report showed a few more balances paid off and an inquiry. Also I should have received alerts for new rate on a home loan, score change is set at difference of 1 point etc. Received no alerts at all regarding any of this.

Hopefully they fix it soon.

Re: Score Watch..updates anyone?

Got two alerts recently.

And BTW - if you pull your report and score, I think it will prevent an alert coming.

It does take a few days for the alert to arrive after the event

Re: Score Watch..updates anyone?

that doesnt make any sense. I didnt receive any alerts from march 17th all the way to april 1st. I pull a report and theres alot of difference and a score change? Never got an alert. Again no alerts from april 1st to april 15th. Pull report and same thing. Whats the point of a credit monitoring system if it takes a month to update?

Re: Score Watch..updates anyone?

The credit monitoring system was broken for the first couple of weeks.

And remember that it only monitors EQ, not any other CR.  So if you have activity reported on only TU or Ex, Sw will not tell you anything
