While we wish we could provide this information to you in the myFICO reports, in most cases, the credit bureaus don't provide myFICO with this information so we're not able to provide it to you.  You should be able to get access to the collection agency contact information if you get your reports from www.annualcreditreport.com.

I bought the Platinum series and I still cannot get my Experian credit report/fico score. I've called, emailed, and was told it was to be worked on, but still haven't heard a word. I have plenty of credit history. I have pulled Experian many times before. I am entitled to all 3 reports..I keep getting that same "error message" that there isn't enough credit reflecting on that report, which is not possible at all.

The killer is, they want me to purchase something else to get me into Experian!!!??? Go figure. Can you or someone help me with this situation? Thanks! Sally

Well, it's been since May 2nd, and I still don't have an answer on why I cant' get all 3 credit reports. I know you said you'd get back to me, but exactly how long does it take? I don't mean to be a pest, but on the other hand, I do want what I paid for. I have a bogus collection on my reports and I want to make sure that they are all taken off by this week.

Actually there were two emails sent since 5/2 -- 5/9 and 5/13.  I just sent them to you via PM.  You may want to check the email address myFICO has for you to make sure it's correct.  Good luck!
