It says my new report/FICO will be available 8/23/09 but nothing is there just my old one from May. Any ideas when it will be available?

I don't use the product, but from reading other posts, that new report tends to come very late in the date (e.g close to midnight). I bet you'll see have a new report available within the next few hours.
