I'm not sure what you purchased, but ScoreWatch will periodically update your EQ score only provided that there's a significant event that causes the score to change. With that service, you get two free scores and reports. If you bought the reports only for EQ, TU and/or EX, they don't automatically update. You'd have to purchase new scores each time to track changes.
