Why cant I see my reports, getting error 455

I just bought the suzie platnum kit, and tried to get my fco for EQ and TU, but both times it says that i have to call to verify my identity, why should i call to verify my identity when i already have SW? and now the suzie kit says that i only have one report left, how can i have only 1 report left when i havent even been able to see the two i wanted to see but it wouldnt let me???

when i call CS in the morning, will i then be able to see my reports then and not lose the 2 i just tried to look at?? someone help me please, i hope i didnt spend this money for nothing

Sorry to be getting to this so late, but did you call myFICO CS?  I'm sure they were able to resolve it for you.  Let us know if not.

Yes I did, I called the next morning and got it resolved, i am just waiting to hear from a supervisor who was to e-mail me last week, still haven't heard anything from her, a little frustrated. even got a survey thing on it asking if my issue was resolved, no because I was never e-mailed with an answer as I was told i would be. grrrr, oh well, guess it's not that important, even though my report contradicts each other

Glad you got most of your issue resolved, momof2.  I'll have someone look into why you haven't received that response to your question about your reports contradicting each other.

thank you much, I hope I get a response soon, cause I am still confused about my EQ report, I am assuming you looked into why I say my EQ CR is contradicting itself? just a relap of my issue,

             under the section understanding your fico score--- whats hurting your fico score it says,

 you have multiple accts showing missed pymts or derogatory descriptions and says 2 accounts, but on the next page it says

whats helping your fico score, is says there is no evidence of a serious deliquency(60days past due or greater) or derogatory description on your credit report, 

How is that possible? it's eaither one or the other, it cant be both, something is wrong,  i have only been late 3 times, for daniels 1-30day late 3/2003 and 1 60-day late feb 2003 (over 5 years ago now)  and crescent 1-30 days late in aug 2004

While I wish I had the time and ability to do everything here, momof2, I'm not the one who reviews these issues directly but rather I refer them to the customer care folks when they arise here in the forums.

I've contacted customer care and someone will get back to you ASAP.  In the meantime, feel free to contact them again if you don't feel like waiting.
