I understand your frustration, Todd27. It's not so much that myFICO doesn't want your money, but rather that they want to protect your identity. Don't bother gathering your credit card statements and all of that, just give that number a call and they should be able to authenticate you in a few minutes.

update, i did the 'i forgot username' or w/e and i just put in my date of birth and security questions then it let me change my username and password or something, it was a diff account i somehow forgot about, and now i bought some stuff and im happy !! (: my fico is 601, only 19 points to go till i can try for fha loan!!
do you guys think it will be hard for to get 19 pts? it just now generated my score, because i had a 'thin' file and got some credit cards now and have paid on them for 7 months with low balances on time as always ofc.
I'm glad this had a happy ending!
As for your question about 19 points, I would post that question in the rebuilding your credit forum. I advise you give more detail in that post. What's on your credit reports? All of the good, bad and anything in between. CC limits and their balance. etc. etc. Good luck!
Barry, same thing just happened to me... i called the 877 toll free number and was connected to a representative named Erica who was rude, condescending and unhelpful. She was not available to verify me and was seemgingly annoyed by my attempts to verify myself, which is interesting as I believe this to be her job.
By the way I have a mortgage and a home equity line of credit to which she said neither is on my Equifax report which is not true. I paid for my equifax report less than a week ago and they are both on it. I have it printed out and was looking at it and also have online access to it.
She asked if i have any other "installment" loans to which i informed her of another one that i can see on my printed out Equifax report (less than a week old) to which she says again, "is not on here".
so within a week I had a mortgage, a home equity line of credit AND a furniture loan completely wiped off of my credit report at Equifax?
I will be following up to ensure my card does not get charged for this. unbelievable.
