my fico mess up

this is phil1223 for some reason they messed up my account and my wifes. I went to pull my wifes scores last night put her SS in and bam it pulled my credit. we call up MYFICO and they say for some reaosn my name is on her SS. They told me they refunded my purchase because it was a mistake but now I see 3 charges for 25.52 and 1 charge for 12.76 any ideas?  also with them pulling my credit will that hurt my score

Phil....pulling your own (or wifes) reports or scores will never have a ndegative impact for you.

Did you get that PM I'd sent you yesterday?????  It was an important one.

yes sir thanx for the help with that. Ive got to call at 10 my time to see why I have those charges. I dont have a clue what happ. I got a confirmation number for the 12.95 refund but nothing about 25.52 charges

So something is up here with this system that it is confusing you & your wifes accounts, SSN's & everything.  I'd definitely call the support # as soon as they are in.

They can clear it up for you.

when we called last night they said we had to call monday and speak with a manager to help us out. im going to call in 45 minutes to see why I was charged over 75 dollars for reports I did not recieve
