Today is 12/2 and still no EQ updates. What makes this entirely more insulting is that yesteerday I ordered a 3b report, paid for it, and you sent me a message saying you needed to verify my identity. REALLY ? Ive had my subscription for years. And I couldnt even verfy my info bcause it was Sunday and your office was closed. But you still managed to hit my bank account for $48 for a report I cant get to. I had to go to Experian.com and pull my report there. EX and EQ had score movements and myFICO hasnt reported that to me. FIX YOUR PROGRAM OR I WILL CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION
