myFico hasn't updated my Experian in 2 weeks

myFico hasn't updated my EX in two weeks. I've already has two nice score bumps according to my Experian subscription and myFico is yet to reflect any of these.

Is your Experian frozen?  Mine is and I have never received an EX update while TU and EQ have been reporting events almost weekly Smiley Indifferent

No. None of my reports are frozen. It just is very sluggish to update.

Re: myFico hasn't updated my Experian in 2 weeks

Had this happen to me. 2 emails in 2 weeks, stating they did not detect any experian changes. I have experian credit tracker, and guess what?? It has been updating. Called my fico, they gave me a free code to pull the experian report. It updated immediately. There was a glitch. Give them a call.

Are you getting emails?
