That sounds like the NFCU most of us know and sing the praises of.
They went beyond even my hopes in resolving the issue for you. That is, as has been said, "Fantastic!" ![]()
Very happy and relieved for you nubian7723! That had to been a stressful issue for you while working on a mortgage.
Thanks @Ryvison, and at Pilotdude, I'm praying that you get approved as well. As soon as I close on my house, I plan on apping for that one as well. NFCU is a great institution to be apart of. I "LOVE" them! Customer service was very understanding to my situation, and figured out where they went wrong at, and faxed whatever documents that they needed to the CR to have those inquiries removed and that was awesome. GOOD LUCK again!

Thanks. I am sure it will be fine with NFCU. I think what they do is "conditonally approve" the application in the lending department then send it to ID verification and then once it comes back from there, its probably fully considered full approved and they let the customer know. I could be wrong but thats what I think they do anyway, based upon the dozen or so conversations I have had with them and others about this whole process.
Last thing they told me was to give them a ring tomorrow evening as it takes 24 hours from when they get the last document for them to do their magic stuff. I dunno.
Fingers crossed @pilotdude!![]()
My dream is to get into NFCU somehow. Anybody wanna claim me as their child? ![]()
