Good morning,
So I have an interesting situation, I've always paid my loan on time with Lexus Financial. Well, the payments are due on the 3rd of each month. Today it's 4/2/2016 but the webisite says I'm past due and it shows the payment would process on 4/4/2016. I was wondering, how is that my fault that they don't process payments online during the weekends.
Additionally, their offices only operate from Monday-Friday so there isn't anyone that could help me answer anything regarding this. I know there is a grace period for things but it says that I could face a late fee and stuff like that. Once again, I am on time trying to pay this. It should not be my fault that they don't process the actual payment until the 4th.
If they knew that they wouldn't process a payment on time this month because it falls on the weekend then why didn't they make it due on the 31st of March. I think I have a case against them on Monday in case they charge me any fees. What do you guys think?

Hmmm banks and ACH are CLOSED on WEEKENDS...Odd that they would have your due date be on a weekend date. I would go to my local Lexus Dealer and pay in person on Monday if I was you and tell them that hey my payment due date was Sunday and they are closed and I want to pay here today or better yet GO in TODAY to your local Lexus dealer and pay at their finance department. The good thing about dealer financing is that you can ALWAYS PAY AT THE DEALER NO MATTER WHAT!!!

Thanks for the quick reply, I will do that as soon as they open. As far as banks, Chase, Golden1, Wells Fargo, Bank Of America are all open Saturdays they just close a little early
but anyways, I will go to the dealership. I want to look at cars anyways. Thank you again!

Don't go to your Lexus dealer to make a payment, they aren't set up to accept your payment, it will just confuse the issue and will waste your time. I often find that these financial houses computer systems update over the weekend and you can find items missing if you try to access them during the updating period. Wait until Monday morning and check the system again, you will probably find everything is fine and the autodraft will be done on Monday, 4/4. If not CALL the Lexus Financial number shown on your statement. Don't panic.

Oh wow it must be different for different auto makers then because I know that I paid my car note years ago at my local Lincoln dealer when my Lincoln was financed with Lincoln/Ford Financial. I am sorry that I gave out wrong information if that is the case :/
