If you are talking about an app, probably unlikely; if you are looking for a preapproval, yes, that's possible.
Chapter 13:
I categorically refuse to do AZEO!

Lots of auto lenders do soft-pull prequalifications. Chase will do a soft-pull preapproval, but I think you might have to be an existing Chase customer/account holder.
cap one auto nav
Unfortunately I already have cap one so they won't refinance but I was able to do a soft pull through Clearlane and the terms ended up being the same as the prequalification.
went from $335/month at 13.54% interest to $211/month at 3.99% APR
I am also rate shopping for a refinance loan. Looking for soft pulls that show the APR. I have been pre qualified through Capitol one and they provided the APR. I also tried clearlane but for some reason they didn't pre qualify me.
Is there anywhere else that will show you what your APR will be with only a soft pull?
Thank you

4 of my 5 CU's will.
Are you a member of a CU or two ?
I am a member of my local credit union but they don't provide that information without a hard pull
After doing some research I found out that consumers credit union has a "check my rate" function that is only a soft pull.
