Questions about Neg reporting

So I went through Bk7, my 341 is 3-5-2021. One account that wasn't IIB is my Tire Account. They weren't apart of the 341 notice recipient list. My question is, will the 30 and 60 days late remarks get removed, or even affected by the bankruptcy? Is it to late to IIB them. They are at a $0 Balance.

Was the balance 0 when you filed for and was that why they weren't included? Also keep in mind any lates will still remain on your reports. Filing BK does not "clear " any negative reporting that occurred prior to filing (lates).

yes the balance was $0 when I filed. I payed it off before I filed, however Idaho allows you to pay a creditor up to $600 in the last 6 months before its preferential. I paid them off thinking I could keep after the bankruptcy, But I found out it probably wont happen.

Re: Questions about Neg reporting

Over $600 in the last 6 months is federal, I think, because it was the same question on the form in Illinois.
