Not sure I can get around my listed SIC/NAICS codes, but I am going to re-apply after 6 months which is anytime...
Utilization will be under 10% with plenty of business credit. It's definitely worth a shot.

lol my god the thread that never dies ha-ha...what are you doing up? didn't you go through this before, i though you were going to get your % down to nothing...because you brought it up and because I looked because I was bored one day, pnc sp'ed my ex in aug and sept. not sure what triggered this, I have not done anything in credit and none of my patterns are different with anyone

Pretty sure I was going through the process and stopped and this was before COVID19.....I may go an apply again. Whats the rates you guys are seeing? for higher LOC? and do you know if it reports to personal credit or just business?
I started at 10.99, it went down a few pts and has now stayed at 4.99 for me for over a year - reports only to business. as stated I have now seen a few months of sp on my personal ex. I think I remember someone posted that they were at 2.99 or 3.99, that seems stupid low to me but anything is possible I suppose. pnc is top-notch imo, great outfit

Yeah I researched them before and they seem legit ....I wouldnt be using the money for a while, since I do have a purchase in mind. But do you know if thats an auto lower interest reduction or what? Makes sense if they are doing SP and seeing if you are over extending yourself....Does anyone have a link?

it was auto in the sense that it just showed up. I remember calling to point out the mistake and the response was that rates are profile specific, that they all start out high and are then fine-tuned. they said my rate would stay where it is. I dont make a habit of checking my sp's but aug is the first time I noticed one from pnc showing up on an ex, maybe they look at another bureau all the time and i never noticed. I use the bloc once a month to pay bills and I mostly pif it when i get around to it within a few weeks. I decided that since many blocs charge a maintenance fee and this one does not that I would trigger interest on purpose to keep everyone happy. at the rate I am going, no pun lol, I will give them ~$150 this year. not a big deal to have such a nice instrument at my disposal + it hooks into the virtual wallet perfectly. I think the below link is correct, its just offline at the moment. they are like chase, they like clean. I also do so its a good fit for me

@bourgogne Thanks for the info Yeah I would make small buys and pay things that I normal with a debit card at first to set a motion of spending and grad make larger purchase but them off every month. I wanted to get an auto loan but this might be better way to get that auto if I can get a rate that 4.99% and below.

there are better ways to get a car loan then this imo. if you are in CA golden 1 is great, just helped an 18 yo get a refi for 3.20. penfed and dcu are also good bets. the other item that I forgot to mention is the transfer limit for this instrument is $1K via the T&C. I know the virtual wallet will do a min $50 pull from the bloc and will not enhance it to make it $1K but I have never tempted this, I only do $1K increments with this product. I fly under the wire, I want to keep what I have so I play by the rules

I don’t want a car loan or car loan terms under my personal credit and prefer to have something under the business as it creates payment history, etc. Most of my cards will become debit free after Jan and I can always the use 0% BT promos to evaluate some debt from my LOC plan. Hey if I can get it down to 2.99% Its just as getting a car loan without car loan terms lol
Just an update, I wont be getting a car through this loan lol. APR is what you get and and decreases would be based on WallStreet rates, that being said unsure how some members got a 2.99% or even lower than the quoted 10% to 11% I was told was the lowest. I was told that the loan has never been a NO DOC loan and PNC has always requested bank statements, they did for me in the past.
So they do a SP on Personal EX and HP on Business for EX.....I think LOC are a waste and I think thats why I didnt apply last time, the rates are bad. I ended up going for it this time and Ill see what I get, sorry to say lots of wrong info on this post.
